Director Phil Clarke was interviewed on BBC Coventry and Warwickshire on
the 17th November in response to the announcement that youth unemployment
has hit one million.

While recognising the role of the government, employers and schools in reducing
this statistic, Phil gave his insight into what more young people could do to
improve their chances of finding work.
