Independent in schools CSR initiative

Independent has linked with the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber to provide
free input at careers events and workshops in local schools. Independent
employees will be working with groups of students at different schools
throughout the county, helping to provide guidance on challenge exercises,
workshop sessions and interview practice.

“Working with local schools is a key part of our CSR agenda,” commented
Phil Clarke. “With budget cuts affecting the delivery of educational services
and support across the country, it’s the ideal time to get involved and give
something back. It’s also an important personal development opportunity for
our employees.”
