Driving change with the RAC

Independent has been engaged to support the sale of RAC to new private
equity owners, Carlyle Group. “This is another great opportunity for
Independent to add its operational and strategic expertise to an extensive
and high profile change programme,” said Director, Harry Dunlevy.

Independent will be leading the HR issues associated with the planning
and execution of the RAC’s separation from its parent company, Aviva.
This includes essential processes such as employee consultation,
including terms and conditions and related benefits.

Independent has also been invited to develop and implement the HR,br/> strategy and lead the development of related change plans.
