Independent helps build winning team for Contemporary,
Urban Centre in Liverpool

Owned by the charity People Can (previously Novas Scarman), the CUC in
Liverpool is a thriving performance venue. With profits generated feeding the
charity’s projects around the UK, finding two high quality Commercial
managers to generate revenue for the organisation was key.

Independent was tasked with managing the entire recruitment process from
advertising and screening through to interview. With these roles filled
Independent continued to provide resourcing support, working with the
Commercial managers to recruit nine additional staff. With a successful team
now in place, the CUC is seeing a month on month increase in revenue.
