Since early 2008, Independent Ltd has been working with Terra Firma to design and implement fundamental and significant change and restructuring across the global EMI Music business.
Global Restructuring
Independent Ltd has worked with Terra Firma to fundamentally change the organisation structure, culture and development of HR strategies to support both overall cost reduction objectives and development of talent to support the new business model.
The Global Re-structuring programme was planned and executed in record time in early 2008. This was a complex global implementation programme but, by creating and working as a team with a designated project leader, significant results were delivered.
HR Strategy
In addition to the organisation re-design work, Independent also designed and delivered a new and challenging HR Strategy. Key elements are: organisation and cultural development, reward, performance management and a new approach to talent management.
