Philip Clarke
A resourcing and talent management specialist with a track record of implementing significant Resourcing models in major international organisations. With over 15 years industry experience, Philip has previously held head of recruitment roles at Nortel Networks and GEC Marconi. Philip launched Independent in 2004.

Harry Dunlevy
A Human Resources Director with a track record of delivering significant organisational and cultural change, in challenging environments on an international scale.
Harry has previously held HR Director posts at BMW Group, Rover, GEC Marconi and Northern Foods and joined the business in 2007. -
Rob Meakin
Rob joined Independent as a Non-Executive Director in 2009. Rob has previously held HR Director and board member roles at BAe Group, GCE Marconi, ITV, and British Nuclear Group. He has also held a number of external positions, including Chairman of the DTI's education and training export group and a Director of Young Enterprise.
